Arlington Democrats Endorsement
The Arlington Democrats will hold a vote of Democratic community members to endorse a candidate for the November General Election ballot. This endorsement vote process is in lieu of a primary because School Board candidates are not listed by Party on the ballot in Arlington.

Voting Requirements: Be a Registered Virginia Voter
All U.S. citizen residents of Virginia aged 18 years or older, or who will be 18 by the next general election, are eligible to register to vote, provided they have not been convicted of a felony or judged by a court as mentally incapacitated.

Voting Requirements: Sign Pledge
Any registered Arlington voter will be allowed to participate in the endorsement vote after pledging they are a Democrat and do not intend to support any candidate opposed to a Democratic nominee or endorsee in the General Election.

Online Voting: April 19 - May 10
Voters will fill out a participation form, which will be available in advance from www.arlingtondemocrats.org, and request an electronic ballot. Electronic ballots will be sent out and can be completed any time from 10:00 am on April 19, 2025 until 6:00 pm on May 10, 2025.

Vote In-Person: May 4 @ W-L
If you wish to vote in person, you just need to be a registered Virginia voter and show up during one of these in-person days and times below. You do not need to fill out a participation form in advance to vote in person.
